Let down constantly by Bako, very disappointing - Firstly our account was placed on hold for the reasons of unpaid invoices, which we never received, or had been paid. I accept that these things happen, however this has happened 3 times in 5 months leaving us without vital raw materials. Not only this but we were only informed of this at the time of order. - Secondly , our rep left the company without us being given a new one, leaving us without a point of contact. - Thirdly the drivers have left our order at alternative addresses several times (in hours of business) rather than dropping off 2 deliveries on the same small industrial estate. Not only was this done, we were not informed that the order was left at an alternative address.
