Went into the preston branch just now and they refused to change 10 into change because I didn't have an account with them. Certainly won't open an an account with them in the future. Dreadful customer service. All o wanted was a bit of change. Your a bank for goodness sake
I always find the staff really helpful whenever I call. Co Op bank has excellent customer service compared to others I have used in the past. It's also great speaking to staff based in the UK when I call. Many companies in the UK use contact centres abroad and I struggle to understand their accent, I find this frustrating. Great to see Co Op providing jobs in the UK! I would recommend Co Op bank to friends and family.
Blackpool branch closed down, closest branch is Preston but is only open 9.30am-5pm Mon-Fri. Pretty, pretty useless...
opening hours are rubbish not open weekends? and close at 5pm weekdays? also my local branch closed down so can't get there now absolute rubbish
No more Saturday opening hours? Because hey, why shouldn't people have to take time off work just to pay in a cheque?
