Bruccianis is a really nice traditional coffee shop that is a little quirky when compared to Starbucks and Costa, however I really enjoy the food here a well as the atmosphere. It's definitely worth a visit if you haven't already been.
This is a wonderful, atmospheric cafe cum bistro, with lots of old signs on the walls and ornate ironwork around. It is licenced and the food is of good quality. Well worth a visit.
The food as always is lovely! But you desperately need to do something with some of your older staff behind the counter. As someone who has worked in the industry before, some of your staff need to work on their customer service and at greeting their customers with some enthusiasm and smile. One middle-aged woman who served me sounded like she had better things to do and couldn't be bothered being there. The younger staff were much better at it and actually had a smile on their face.
The finest cafe in Preston. My family have been going in there for so many years and even though it has changed a little you are always sure of a good brew and delicious sandwiches and cakes for tiny prices. My sister joined us there from London and was amazed that what would usually have cost her 23 was only 11.20 in Bruccianis, boom. Don't delay, go today
My husband ordered and paid for the food and drinks. Drinks were fine, but the food hadn't arrived, my husband we t to ask where it was and they had misplaced our order. It was rectified and 2 free drinks of tea.
