Great service and price, hired a van before Christmas and the price was about the cheapest for the package offered, no complaints and an easy 5 stars.
Booking, payment, collection & return were all made easy by helpful staff. Van was clean & undamaged. Excellent price especially as I only booked 36hrs before I needed it.Excellent service hence 5 stars.

Poor experience - told I couldnt hire a van because my needs didnt fit the model. Said I knew it may cost me more but it was what I needed. Not the way we do it and we havent got that size available anyway. Save 30 and got a man with a van. Thanks for the response - you only told me you didnt have the vehicle after I told you I needed to pick up Friday and drop it off on Saturday Morning. I knew that would cost me more to do that but customer service was poor. I could have moved to Monday but you werent interested. Still one star Im afraid.
