Really Rude and Un-Interested Staff, 2 members were friendly so it's bumped up to a 3 star.
Going into a high street shop of good quality clothing I expect to receive quality service to go with the price tag. Perhaps my expectations are too high. We bought a gift today and the person who took our payment was dismissive, didnt engage with us at all and to add further insult just continued chatting to her colleague. Rude, poor quality service but the clothing is good. Will buy online in future from a different retailer.
The old guy who I think is the manager with the hair do just wants your money after you have paid he treats you with no respect and asks another member of staff to serve you which takes 5 minutes. Wouldn't recommend collecting orders from here as you have already paid so there is no hurry to serve you so once again you will be put aside while they serve others. More bothered about what they gonna get from makkies than how they gonna treat you when you spending loads of your hard earned cash there you expect there to be great staff that treat you like you are their no. 1 priority. Terrible store wouldn't recommend buying from there. Go to Ocean clothing which is a 1 minutes walk from there or go to a different tessuti store
