Amazing set of staff.sam and sophie certainy know their stuff credit to the company.
Staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell( a credit to the company).The products on offer are first class batteries seem to last a min of 20 hours fully charged if your a heavy vapour and my cobra battery is over 14 months old with no issues so far. In regards liquids the flavours are second to none ive never had a flavour that actually tastes like the bottle describeds until I tried no match liquid

Once they have your money, they have no interest in you whatsoever! The customer after sales service is a disgrace. I took my Cobra battery back after 7 days, due to an intermittent fault. The guy in the shop charged it over night (not quite sure what this would achieve!), the next day told me it was fine. It lasted another 2 weeks then broke again. Took it back once more, to be told it was out of warranty and had to buy a new one. I explained that I had previously brought it in with the fault, to be told, "oh no, this is something completely different" (yeah right!!). They were off hand and completely unhelpful. I now go to a shop in Leyland where the staff are lovely, helpful and honest.
