It's actually the first time I've been through the process for a funeral and Clifford Ward has been nothing but spot on throughout the whole process.From start to finish, they helped my Grandmother with the organisation of my Grandfathers funeral through thick and thin which thankfully, took a lot of the weight off her shoulders.
