I have never had a bad experience here, all the stylists are very good,everyone of them styles my hair exactly the way i like it,always in excellent condition when i leave the salon,i have long thick straight hair and it is always in excellent condition,i would never go back to my old hairdresser who btw charged twice as much.
This place is called salon 11 now. I had a wet cut and he dried it and styled it with a hairdryer which was a bonus as I only paid 11 pounds which is only really for one treatment. Customer service isn't brilliant though, some of the stylists appear rude and uninterested. The stylist who cut my hair was bordering on rude and very clearly in love with himself but my hair looks OK so that is good and for 11 pounds I can't really complain.
Cut my hair completely wrong for prom then styles it absolutely childish too !
I had a very disappointing experience in your salon today. Not only my daughter's haircut was god awful (done by an obviously inexperienced and careless stylist) but I also noticed how dismissive and poor some other stylists treat their customers. I understand you only charge 11 per job but rolling eyes and pulling faces at paying customers is beyond unprofessional!I don't know the name of the stylist who ruined my daughter's hair and neither do I know the name of the rude and bad-mannered one, but I am sure it wouldn't make any difference anyway.I will make sure to warn my friends to never step into your salon unless they want to be mocked and come out looking like they need a haircut.
