I have just been to Tool station this evening as on previous ocassions I spend a lot of money. On this ocassion I have found the lad behind the counter at the Southport branch couldn't be bothered. I filled in the paper as required although he said one of the codes were wrong, I said it is grip and grab, no I'm sorry and gave me the paper back, the book was in front of him, give it here, it's that grip and grab, oh yes he replied, he was to lazy to find it hisself even though the book was in front of him. They shouldn't treat customers especially regulars as the opposition isn't more than fifty metres, Screw fix.
