Refusing to allow access to medical notes and results. Went there as nhs patient, was told results would be sent out in letter but now refuse. This has gone on for 8 weeks or more
Just had knee replacement,could not find fault with anyone so nice and made me feel relaxed as i was very nervous.And now i say to myself why.My husband had 2 knee replacements in 2016 and cannot praise all the staff enough.We would recomend the hospital to all.Thank you Fulwood hall.Dorothy Guest.
Whenever I call to get access to my medical records they just pass me through to a team that is busy, ask for myself to leave contact details promising they will get back in contact then never do. Unwilling to help, horrible customer service.

The staff can't do enough to help you so friendly. The actual running of the place is a shambles. Wrong information given. Last minute cancellations, late arrival of anaesthetist. Wrong appointment times handed out, all in a six month time span which led to the eventual swelling and splitting of the varicose vein. Never again.
