I highly recommend Kingswood! I recently used them to sell my property and from start to finish I couldnt ask for a better service. My flat was on the market for two days, went to a closing date and I got more than home report value. Excellent team who all went above and beyond!
Kingswood have been excellent in both renting and selling properties for me. They actively seek buyers or renters, rather than just advertising and sitting back and waiting for someone to come along. They are great at communicating and always return calls or respond to emails quickly. Throughout the sales process Deborah chased solicitors and kept the whole sales process moving, reducing stress levels for me. Stephen is excellent at communicating and even gave up his own time to secure a rental for my flat. I highly recommend Kingswood for letting and sales as they are highly professional and efficient.
My wife and I have lived in a property managed by Kingswood for a few years now. Stephen Kellett is our property manager. We've had a great experience with them in general and particularly with Stephen. He has been very responsive to us and from a landlord perspective he does a very good job.

From the initial approach through to the resultant let both Joe and the Kingswood staff have performed brilliantly ensuring a speedy let and helping to ensure a hassle free journey through the letting process.
If I could give a 0 star I would. What ever you do, do not sign a contact with this agency. They don't care at all about you. They wouldn't even give us a microwave for a "fully furnished" house. Horrible condition. They never fix anything, even when you sitting in your room freezing in winter with no heating, they still don't care. Tried to get out my contact after saying I could get out with a student taking over my contract. Found someone and apparently "they didn't count". What the hell? Cold water. No heating. Broken washing and dryer. A old musty soiled mattress. I've had the worst experience with this agency! Just walking into your room without any notice when your getting changed or in bed to show people the house. WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS AGENCY!
