I purchased a 14crt gold bangle one month ago.. after wearing it turned my arm black and when I have taken it to be checked at a jewellery shop the clasp is hallmarks not the actual bangle. On return I was told all they could do was clean it for me I will never purchase anything from pandora again over rated you pay for the name not the quality!!!
Very busy but acceptable at Christmas. Was annoyed to find that the charm my son wanted was incorrectly advertised in the catalogue. Not a great shopping experience.

Full of cheap tat. Silver not hallmarked so poor quality. Only went in with my daughter and found too little staff. I like to be quality so wont be shopping here.
