Would give less stars if possible. The Leyland branch dealt with us but we did need to keep going into both the Leyland and Preston branch to drop original ID documents off as both offices kept LOSING the copies they had taken, they had no note we had even been into the office never mind safely storing copies of bank statements/passports/driving licenses. I did report this to head of conveyancing department, to which a year later still haven't had a response. If buying a house I would steer well away!
Decided to use BB for our house conveyancing due to its close proximity to my house. I ignored the previous reviews on here. BIG MISTAKE. Seriously, there's a troop of monkeys at Blackpool zoo. They sit around all day flinging excrement at each other. I'd rather have had them do my conveyancing. They'd be a dam site more polite, I'd have been lied to a lot less and it would have probably taken about 1/10th of the time these clowns took. DO NOT USE
