Best in Preston, the young lads behind the counter on a Saturday night are brilliant
They sent us what we thought was two 12" mushroom pizzas instead of one garlic bread with cheese, and one mushroom pizza. We took a bite out of the mushroom pizza and found it was garlic bread with cheese and extra mushroom. We rang to get sent a garlic bread as ordered but they refused as we'd 'had a bite', stating that 'well you obviously would have known the difference' and that we were the ones in the wrong. I wish I could post a picture for you to see how identical they look.
Absolutely horrendous chips all really hard actually cut my mouth chicken nuggets tasted like they had been done the night before burger was hard and pizza was cold and overcooked. Use to like this place but massively gone down hill won't be ordering again that's for sure.
Really good pizza for a takeaway. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice freshly made pizza. You can tell they are a good Italian takeaway as they sell wine and not just soft drinks. Also the staff very friendly and welcoming.
I dont have a clue why this place has a lower rating than Giacomos Bella Napoli, its far better. I ordered from them last night and I had a very specific pizza order and they got it exactly right! Customer service was faultless too, came right on time. The only very small issue I would bring up is that it would be a lot easier if they sliced the pizzas/garlic breads before they sent them out but apart from that, brilliant! One of the only South Asian-owned (at least I think theyre South Asian-owned) takeaways in Preston who actually know how to do Italian food, along with Casablanca. Best Italian takeaway in town. Five stars all the way.
