Convenient for city centre shopping. Have always found space and it is not dear. I have always found the lifts working.

Be early to get a spot, this place fills fast and is vey popular for leople visiting and working in Preston Town Centre. Say hello to Barry when paying for your ticket, he is a very helpful person

OK, but overpriced for my stay, was less than 20 mins and was charged 1.50
