Wonderful pharmacy. The pharmacist is always so helpful whenever I come and the service is always good, never have to wait long for prescriptions! genuinely nice staff and no idea what the other reviewer is on about the pharmacist is a good chap. Keep up the good work!
I stoped going there as he made me wait till everybody had gone and told me not to call him 'chuck' or 'hun' as his wife would get the wrong idea!!! What a plank..firstly he needs to loom in the mirror...as if anybody is going to chat him up and secondly....its lancashire dialect! U call people hun and chuck all the time in preston!! AS U CAN TELL...NEVER WENT BACK!!!! I changed to davis on plungy road. Staff r fantastic and r so friendly. He needs to go in there and learn a few things!!
Excellent service and really friendly staff. My delivery was messed up due to a computer error. So I rang and they was very helpful. A member of staff actuall took time out to deliver it personally. A very big THANK YOU to all the staff.
I love this small pharmacy. They usually pick up my prescriptions from the nearby GP surgery and deliver them for me as I am often housebound, but whenever I've been able to go to the pharmacy they've been very patient, attentive and efficient. Excellent service all round and very highly recommended.
I had countless bad experiences at another pharmacy. I changed to this lovely pharmacy. Which, in complete CONTRAST, has great communication skills, never makes any mistakes with either my surgery or myself, treats me with respect, dignity and the staff all have warm, beautiful attitudes, with a special personal touch.They speak to you by name, contact me by telephone. They have a highly competent awareness of your individual health needs and disabilities, and do everything they can to go out of their way, to get your health needs met safely, overcoming any complications, in a helpful manner, which may arise in the process.Their knowledge of medications is deep, thorough and amazing. They offer you individual, personal safety advice, and support each time you are introduced to a new drug! This I do not see in other chemists.I often see the manager behind the screen looking very precise as he carries out his work, but is always ready to convey to an assistant precisely where my medications are placed. They are extremely efficient, competent, and compassionate to vulnerable people.They have great time for anybody who visits their establishment. This place really is a GEM.May it always be there forever!
