The place is not the same without Dr Shahid. The new Dr needs to understand the Trust values. Cold and disinterested and glad to see the back of me it seemed. How did he pass his interview? Is he human? Is it too late to replace him?
Gone rubbish since start this year. nurse is not good.
Would give zero stars if I could. New Doctor has no emotion in appointments and cruel. Awful.
This doctors has gone to the dogs they are not doing a good job now Dr Shahid is not there now,,
I find this surgery can either be over helpful or can't be Bothered. The doctor just wants to send my oh half back to work, even though he has Osteoarthritis in his hands and feet and struggles to grip. He is on very strong pain killers which makes him sleepy, I wonder how that would go down at work or if he had an accident in the carWhen I go about problems even when they are affecting me at work, he says don't worry about it, and wants to brush it under the carpet or just sends me for physio.I really think it needs a good shake up this surgery, to many staff with slippers on.
