"WARNING" Don't use this man, I asked james to fit a new boiler for me he quoted 400 which I accepted and he then started the job ripped my old tank out and boiler on the first day and then informed me that the price would have to go up to 600 as more work invovled. He finished the job next day and left to return a week later to commission the boiler!! I thought the job was done untill I got a GAS SAFE INSPECTOR out and he has served a danger notice on my new boiler due to work not being done correctly and to gas safe regulations!!!! Since this I have sent letters to James asking for a refund to get the work done correctly NOW James has threatened me with some heavys from manchester if I don't drop the case against him as Im taking this matter to court!!!
James and his team are great. We had an emergency breakdown and these guys came around on time as promised, quoted a replacement and installed within 24 hours. Thanks guys.
I have used express plumbing and gas for years to keep our business up to date with gas safety regulations. James his team and his secretary are the most courteous friendly people. they come at the drop of a hat if there are any problems and are always on hand to give advice. They offer a great service at very reasonable prices. I have recommended the team for years and will continue to.
One bad tomato doesn't make a bad Salad. Don't tar the whole company because one despicable employee. There are many hard working, honest employees who are just trying to make a living to support their families who will suffer because of this approach.
This review has been a long time coming so sorry guys,firstly in fixing a new boiler system and outside plumbing and sorting out an existing outside drainage system we had been having problems with, thanks guys and the maintenance from them has been fantastic have used Express Plumbing and Gas for a few years now, and it wasn't even a problem to nip out and move a kitchen gas pipe and fit my cooker at the end of a very busy day cheers guys. We are of course going to include the guys for a quote on the next project the bathroom after seeing their extensive portfolio. Always good work done to a quality level..
