I contacted their office several days after the quote to book the works. I signed a contract and was told I would receive a call the following day but didnt.The office staff are rude (Julie in particular) and couldnt provide me with a date. Julie told me that she was busy and couldnt provide me with a date AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN. After several calls I did get an install date. This was later cancelled on two occasions.The job did do ahead but I had to wait a few days for the Electrican to come and the old flue hole was left a mess.I have been pressured to change this review but felt that its important to show a true reflection of Gos not just the good reviews.
I have had my annual boiler service from Chris. He is a credit to the firm up holding the family values of this company. I would recommend GOS to anyone. Efficient, good value firm that cares. Thank you
Really excellent. I have had a maintenance contract with them for my central heating for many years. I have always considered it a great price for a great service. Now its gone up to excellent.My heating pump jammed on Easter Sunday.It was all working within hours and the engineer found a replacement pump when all the suppliers were closed. As good as it gets. Thank you..

I had the pleasure of having your company install a new boiler on Thursday and Friday last week.In running myself a multi national business, I fully understand the importance of the importance the front line team has and in many cases fail to deliver that overrides EVERYTHING that any of the internal sales team develops.From start to finish the service was exemplary. I cannot praise your tow engineers who attend my home on Thursday to much. They worked right through the day, were very polite and unbelievably tidy.You should be proud of the team who represented your business so well.
