Best Post Office in the northwest by a country mile. the staff were overall very knowledgeable and answered any queries that I had, especially counter 5. Would recommend everyone within the vicinity to visit as you will definitely be satisfied.

Amazing service, was taken aback at the level of care and thoughtfulness so many of the staff offer. Counter number 7 is the counter where I received my 10/10 service. Would definitely recommend visiting.
Rude staff and never give receipts. I asked for receipts but the guy behind the desk told me to take pictures of my parcels which is so weird and strange thing to say. One of the items I posted was lost and I had no bloody proof of my post. Avoid this store.
Got told i had an appointment at half 12 about an interview rushed to get there after collecting my results to find that the place was closed and after ringing the number on the door I also found out that they had moved buildings and didn't open till half 1 . Awful lack of communication clearly. The man on the phone said they hadn't worked there for years yet the lady on the phone gave me this postcode.
