Great site very friendly people wouldn't be without it
Shocking site!!! Do not buy here!!!! Dirty place, unfriendly staff unless of course youre a resident!! This site treats children like animals... they are pretty much not allowed to do anything other than sit in a room with a pool table.... bearing in mind the room is as big my bathroom at home. They occasionally have entertainment but the kids have to stand outside the door or sit in the mini pool room! Its ridiculous! Dont let them fool u when they say its child friendly! They look after their over 70s residents only and the residents know it and are not very welcoming!

We had a lovely caravan and surrounding garden at Rawcliffe Hall about two years ago but had to sell due to family illness. Rawcliffe Hall is a great place to be we still say to this day the site, the staff and owners are brilliant in every way and always go out of their way to sort and solve things. In our opinion it is the best site in the area with nice well maintained grounds cosy club and walks galore.We still go back with our tourer now and again and look forward to the new season in 2018.Bill & Debra from Bolton
