Absolutely shambolic events team has ruined my friends hen do. She's had to cancel & refund everyone at the last minute, having been assured she could book for a large group, they've only just informed her (after weeks of struggling to get through) they now won't accept large group bookings. I'd been warned by a few people about here & I'm disappointed to discover they were not over-stating their poor experiences! For the prices they charge I'd expect a much better service. If you're looking for a relaxing spa weekend I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our stsy. Health spa was clean, fresh and most relaxing. Food in the hotel Orange restaurant was just superb. All the staff are very professional, pleasant and can't do enough for you. We would definitely return for a longer weekend.

Very friendly honest staff. I left my bag inside & the barman ran out to my car to return it.. knowledgable bar staff too :)

Easily set out and easy to navigate way around Spa. Had the Aqua thermal journey and then a massage. Ended the day with one of the best Tapas meals ever. A totally chilled-out day.

Myself and my friend have just finished a wonderful day spa experience here. From the moment we stepped in and to the moment we left, we had such a wonderful relaxing time. The Aqua thermal area looked small but before we knew it the two hours were up and we enjoyed every moment - especially sat in the hot tub outside in the rain singing Christmas songs! The facilities are spotless and clientele mixed well with staff very welcoming, except for one slightly surly barman. The ladies who did our double indulgence treatment were very professional, discreet and friendly.. we left the treatment room walking on air! Afternoon tea was a delight and the cocktails very potent! My only issue was in using the spa and in-between treatments, as a guest using the bar and still be robed - I found it quite uncomfortable walking into a bar area with the general hotel guests who were dressed. I think a separate bar area, serving hot drinks and snacks would be more appropriate for spa guests only. Several spa guests also milled about in the bar too and I can only imagine they felt the same unease being sat robed among the general public. However, all in all, we had a spectacular day and would definitely return!
