Very well stocked, not just South Asian but Arabic, Chinese, African ingredients, great range of whole and ground spices, superfresh fruit and veg, halal butcher, frozen food and a whole range of kitchen equipment upstairs. If all that seems like a dizzying choice, np, the staff are well informed and all seem glad to be there and happy to help.
Great, cheap fresh coriander! I buy it in bulk, chop and freeze it. Do same with ginger.

This is one of the best places to purchase authentic Indian food stuffs in Preston. It has all things sugary and definitely spicy! There's a great range if herbs, spices seeds, lentils used in Indian cuisine, and you'll find a great variety of traditional vegetables used in this cuisine too, like aubergines in different shades and sizes, ladies fingers to mention a few. Try it! It's an Aladdin's cave of yummy stuff!
