Alhamdulillah an excellent experience with the group.it was our first hajj.we were very nervous and anxious but the staff members made it so easy by helping us every step of the way.My attitude was if you expect little (as it is not a holiday) then you will not be disappointed.
Went last year, no problems whatsoever. Journey was comfortable, Hajj itself I was well supported by knowledgeable leaders. Food was great, location of Shisha Appt, ideal during Hajj period
