Since change of ownership i would rate this Dentist as Poor.. Needed Emergency appointment as lost filling. Attended appointment and expected a temporary filling however wasn't offered a temp filling just a course of antibiotics and told to make a follow up appointment for the work.. . 2 weeks later follow up appointment resulted in just a check up and was told they had not time to do filling!!! Both appointments cost 21 for each separate visit. Personally think that this is ripping off the NHS. Waiting for third appointment nearly a month later....
As a family with a 4 year old boy we have been blocked from booking appointments, all because we missed one appointment, it did not matter that we was moved from pillar to post through the summer as different dentists where on holiday. we had are appointments changed 3 times. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST
Disgusting! Waited 3 months for referal for hospital to have an abscessed tooth removed to be told by their receptionist theyve failed to do the referal after phoning to see if the appointment was through yet. Handed out 3 lots of antibiotics previously. Rubbish! Ive now complained to the dentist authority and im pursuing a claim through my solicitor.
