The staff at the Preston branch are always incredibly helpful and happy to answer any queries. I have used the store several times and have always been impressed with all the staff I have dealt with.
Matt was excellent and I couldnt have asked for anymore help! He was just incredible, Friendly and pleasant! He managed to back up everything I had lost etc! Excellent customer service and he went that extra mile!! I would highly recommend this store to anyone and everyone and nothing is ever too much trouble! Western Computers are fantastic. They have repaired about 4 iphones for me or replaced. They keep you informed, turn the work round very quickly and cannot be more helpful in the shop.
I HAVE BEEN IN THE ABOVE APPLE SHOP RECENTLY WITH A QUERY, WHICH THEY QUICKLY DEALT WITH. I HAVE BEEN IN THIS SHOP ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS AND ALWAYS FOUND THE STAFF:-VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE - VERY HELPFUL AND ALWAYS HAVE EXCELLENT MANNERS. I HAVE DEALT WITH 'DANIEL' MOSTLYTHEN SOMETIMES WITH 'MATT'AND ONCE OR TWICE WITH A YOUNG LADY (SORRY DONT KNOW HER NAME)LIKE I STATED BEFORE THEY CAN NEVER DO ENOUGH FOR YOU.ALSO IT WOULD BE NICE IF THE PEOPLE I HAVE MENTIONED ARE TOLD OF WHAT I HAVE SAID AS IT IS NICE TO RECEIVE FEEDBACK 'FOR A JOB WELL DONE'.THANK YOU.YOURSEILEEN FORD (MRS)
Went in to get the battery replaced for my iPhone on Friday and they said I would have to leave it and it would be ready to collect on Tuesday. 4 days later! They said there is only one member of staff who carries out the work and obviously theyre busy at the moment, so my phone would join a queue of other phones. This Technician also doesnt work weekends. I asked why I couldnt just come back when Im near the top of the queue and they just said they dont work like that. Well why not? On the Apple website its possible to book appointments at this store but they told me I still would have to leave my phone and come back 3 days later. My phone would just be in a cupboard in the back being wasted until the guy is finally free to do it. Wheres the logic in that?! And whats the point having appointments in the first place?! Surely you need extra staff. Whats the point in being Apple Premium if you cant handle the level of custom?
