Was told would deliver an urgent prescription for suppositories as father was severely constipated and in agony but pharmacist refused how do they provide an out of hours service without deliveries. When asked who provides deliveries the reply was you will have to ring round.
I am dissapointed with the practice. Doctors are ok but problem is receptionists think they "own" the place ...some of them are rude and very disrespectful. Never having any app always is the problem . I come with my daughter with ear infection I just wanted to be seen by someone to make sure coz paracetamol and ibuprofen don't work after 3 days so I asumed it need more medicine.i just been let down with my girl- again!!!!!! Been sent to the chemist to be checked by pharmacist-answer was we can't check your daughter...after all that I walk away with nothing but I am just about to change doctors for good don't want hear about ISSA M.C!!!!
Second visit here in just over a week. First appointment was half an hours wait, second appointment, 50 minutes sat here, no update, no movement, zip. I booked 2 hours before work started. I seriously might be late! You enter into downstairs, queue, to then be told you need to queue upstairs. Their lives would be made easier if they used say... adequate signage? What i can't understand is how they can be an hour behind already for 1030 appointments? What would it be like if I attended at 4pm??? A moonlight meeting? What concerns me is the crippling amount of poor reviews, is it budget that makes it so poor? Needs addressing or needs closing.Had my consultation and the doctor said my doctors diagnosis was totally wrong! Out in a couple of minutes!
I was a little nervous about visiting the practice given some of the reviews written here but I had a very positive experience. I attended for an out of hours appointment and was greeted by friendly reception staff. I didn't wait very long to see the Dr and he was really nice. I felt he listened to me and explained his reasoning for the decision he made clearly. Very happy.
Fantastic doctors and nurses here, ive never had a problem at all. Had a few appointments recently, very friendly nurses and gave great advice! Prescriptions done within a day everytime I order mine :-)
