.. not my normal Doctors..they are great but had an appointment at ingol medical center.. not very long ago with another doctor .. oh formal complaints all over the place ... so glad not my normal Doctors
Reception staff are lovely but the doctors dont care about patients! I went with a problem but the doctor I saw (will happily post names of people want to know) quickly brushed my problem under the carpet and started fat shaming!! I mentioned this to my mother and she said she had the same problem with the same doctor!! I sat through a ten minute lecture from the doctor to then leave in tears with medication for my original problem which I informed her doesnt work before she prescribed it which costs nearly 10! Disgusting! Formal complaint has been posted to the surgery!
Absolutely rubbish doctors, Im a carer for a lady and took her there, she was and still is having a reaction when eating dairy products but the doctor said they cant find anything so shes imagining it!! Ive watched the rash appear, unless we both imagined it together!! The doctors here just dont seem interested, they just want you in and out!
Office receptionists always polite and helpful, had one GP who referenced any condition I might have had with the workings of a car engine none of which made much sense as I was never a mechanic but worked in the NHS. Since changing to Dr White however, a more relaxed, pleasant, understanding GP I have yet to meet.
I have seen Dr White and Dr Veema both have gone above and beyond for me. Reception girls are fantastic always polite and respectful.Very happy with this practice
