Have been with Guildhall for 18 months now and have always found them great to deal with.Katy is lovey and will go above and beyond to help you. She is very professional and knowledgeable and is a credit to Guildhall Lettings.Whenever we have had contact with them Katy is the one we prefer to deal with. She does what she says she will do without hesitation.Tony the Handyman is also great to deal with and also goes above and beyond what is asked.Katy and Tony you are both fab and a credit to the company.

I have used a few letting agents in my time and have to say that Guildhall Lettings have been by far the best. There fees were very reasonable compared to the rest. I had a few problems during my tenancy and the staff were very understanding, polite and helpful. I would have no hesitation in using there services again in the future. Beware people. when my tenancy had finished they never gave me back my deposit, I left the house immaculate as I have too much respect for myself. At the time i didn't have much money so not receiving the deposit back resulted in being temporarily homeless. Robert is a Con Artist.
