Thankyou so much for your care of our max.you made the worst day of our lives easier.you allowed us to stay with him.he has never been without one of us so this meant a lot.you were informative and kind and allowed us time to say goodbye.we will always be grateful.we do still have concerns that his symptoms were side effects from his medication which was essential for his arthritis and prescribed from elsewhere.thankyou again for everything.

The process of getting our cat seen was easy, the vet that saw our pet was incredibly empathetic and explained everything well. The prices are scary though. An overnight stay was 400, if we had had more than a couple of tests and actual work taken, this would have risen to 900. The fact that we dont want to see our pet in pain or distress had us over a barrel. And in this instance we were able to afford it. The price would have been a quarter of that if he hadnt fallen ill in normal hours... I think that vets need to start looking at this as an issue, are you here out of vocation towards animals, or is it to earn money. There has to be a balance, surely.

My mum called last night, my cat has a small wound on side, which was bleeding, not sure what it is, absolutely disgusting that as only emergency vets in area wanted 149 just to see her, plus treatment, as low income asked if she would be able to bring her and set up a payment plan to which they said they couldnt, claim to want to help ! Then they told my mum they will have no choice but to inform our actual vets, which we obviously will be taking her as soon as they open, where they will be able to assist us and set up a payment plan, as they actually care about the animals, avoid at all cost

I brought my 20 week old puppy, Alfie, in with a broken elbow. The vet and all the staff were amazing! They looked after him so well overnight and managed his pain really well. They were all very affectionate to him and very kind to us both. I would highly recommend them!!!

If you love your animals, don't go here. Rude staff and uncompassionate vet. Extortionate prices. Vet refused to help my poorly kitten, just wanted to euthanasia.
