Great staff, the prices are average but the prices is worth paying for the quality of work they do. Are open really late too
Whilst I understand that they're offering an out of hours service, it's ridiculously expensive. And, their preferred treatment option both times has been the most expensive one available. At our last visit the diagnosis was not the same as our own vets (we saw two at our own practice who both said something different to this vet). It was a very disappointing, and expensive experience, which tainted the loss of our beloved pet.
Called about advocate (spot on flea treatment) for my cat. After speaking to the receptionist I heard that I have to see the vet for cat check up 31 plus pay for any prescriptions I need. I believe the doubtfull pleasure would cost me around 50!! Cat is perfectly fine but nice extra cash for the vets would be welcomed I suppose.. Looking for other vet as this one is too expensive!!
Always happy to help as long as you can wait for a time that fits in for them, regardless of how sick or near death your family pet is. Charges seem way above average and every last piece of sticky tape is charged for with payment expected on the spot. Advice is thin on the ground and generally based on come back if you have more cash, they say their medication is the best but forget to mention that they can give you a prescription to buy the medication some where else and there's no sign to tell you this either (and there should be) over all I think I will be sticking to My own Vet.
