Not good dentist since I been coming there I had teeth out and day after infected they done care about people teeth please take note of this and done go to this dentist i having lots of pin since coming to this dirty dentist the staff RE NOT NICE and they talk about you in the rooms Mark and the other lady before him they they hope to be shame of how they treated people done go to this dirty dentist lots of people are saying nsty human beening it needs closing down
I never got an emergency appointment even once i had a big swollen all over me face and i went in person. Not satisfied at all
Mark is a waste off time dentist he does nothing but pull your teeth out out off laziness worst dentist wanted to see a different dentist and the receptionist said you cant change you have to stay with the same guy what sort of rule is that his a bully his so unprofessional swears talking about another guy that was before me calling him a poor bas***rd I seen another dentist last week he told me I could save the tooth this guy just pulled it out I cant believe the way he treats paitents is not nice you get paid for what you do you should care about us not treat us like s**t he cut my tongue in the process and I could feel that the tooth was hard to pull out so couldnt have been that bad gave the guy to many chances completely put me off going to a dentist for life
Disgusting. I really do doubt this place is so unbelievably busy at 9 am that it cant answer any calls. Called 15 times to just be put through to a voicemail message telling me all their lines are busy !! I am seriously thinking about swapping dentists. How have they still got clients ?!
Cancelled my appointment 3 times and then removed me from the register for not attending in over 12 months! Then when I get stuck in traffic from an accident, try tirelessly to make contact but to no avail I get told, "next time, you need to call us 24 hours before, and if you miss another appointment you will be removed" REALLY?!?! The dentists are great - no issues there, just the administration and booking service is terrible!
