Fantastic dental surgery with an incredibly friendly atmosphere from the receptionist Seema to the dental nurse and the dentist Dr. Ali, who is friendly and calm in his approach explaining everything to you. Plus the practice in general is immaculately clean which is a bonus. Really disappointed though that my previous dentist Suleman has left the Preston practice, who is an incredible dentist. Hopefully hell be back at some point in the future.
Synergy dental clinic (preston) is absolutely wonderful,the staff are polite,warm and funny,mr ali who deals with me is excellent at explaining treatment plans and ways to protect your teeth without sounding like a headmaster..definitely would recommend..
Honestly I can't praise the staff here at synergy Preston enough,for dentist Ali to give up his day off to do my treatment,and for Seema to give up her dinner hour to assist,is well above the standard I'm used to. I needed this treatment before I go off to work in Chile,and I was on a tight schedule,brilliant guys,I will call in next time I'm on leave,superb
Just had a Wisdom tooth extracted. My appointment was booked for 16.30. I was in and out by 16.30. Excellent service from start to finish and very professional. Would not hesitate to return should the need arise. Thank you.
I see Dr Ali, and he is so calming and thorough, I've always been nervous of needles but he puts me at rest whenever it's needed, always very pleasant and smiley, and the ladies on reception are very professional and keen to please. Great experience for our family.
