The manager is horrible. Rude and agressive. The click and collect system is confusing. I was totally lost and the queue was disorderly. Waited AGES for my order. Her response was 'well I understand it'. Of course you sodding do, you work there everyday!! Not someone who puts the customer first.

Been to argos many times and they are good but the staff here are soooooo helpful and friendly it's a pleasure. Nowadays you see at least one grumpy or unhappy face in a shop or business but here they all seem so happy. Someone is doing something right.
