Shop ok, clothing range seams rather limited compared to high street branches but please PUT SOME HEATING ON! My wife and I couldn't wait to get out it was so cold, never mind having to use the changing rooms.And the excuse the doors keep opening....really!
Picked up our Christmas order and they were very organised, had it all ready. Took the opportunity to look around the food Hall which still has a great selection of Christmas food. Lovely
Lots of parking. Not much choice of items in food hall. Nice restaurant upstairs. Checkout staff in food hall not friendly not helpful not cheerful obviously don't enjoy their jobs there for the money. Clothes really nice.
Lovely food hall. Great fresh produce and lots of organic food too. Wish they wouldn't use so much plastic packaging it's unnecessary on many items! Clothes upstairs and cafe/toilet. Free cash machine in-store. Lift and escalators. Ample parking and blue badge spaces. Trolley shouldn't be a pound these days as till is long way from the front entrance to go collect some change. Still love m & s!
Plenty of parking and great location at the Deepdale retail park. Busy with the summer sale on yet staff are welcoming and friendly, with big smiles on their faces. You can tell the customers are important to them. I love the fact they have groceries department and a cafe there which have a wonderful selection of products as always. Not the cheapest but the experience makes it worth it
