The staff are very friendly and helpful. Kat was very kind when my mother was taken ill. This is a busy practice and although we all get frustrated from time to time we ought to appreciate the staff. They are on the front lines so to speak and they do their best. I appreciate them.
AVOID THIS DISINTERESTED AND RUDE PRACTICEI was refused an appointment by a receptionist. When I called back and spoke to practice manager Anna Marie she was rude and condescending and offered me an appointment in 4 days time as the earliest possible and suggested I change practice if I wasn't happy with their service. They want to replace GP appointments with phonecalls from nurses, take too long to answer the phone, are hostile to speak to and an affront to human decency

My mums Appointment was on time and I felt that my time in the surgery as a patient was respected. This was my first time with Dr Manzoor and I found him both friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the advice he gave and feel like my health is much better as a result of my consultation.
Put a review on not so long ago with a complaint I had about the service I had recieved. Although it still stands that there are one or two doctors who I will continue to avoid, there a good few doctors who were disregarded in my last post. Really good doctors (and one of the Nurse Practitioners) who are fab at their jobs, so I will be putting a good word in for them :)
