After my leg injury was attended by lovely nurse called Joanne with her care and dedication every 2days for 8weeks my leg is almost healed thank you.
Probably the worst health care I have ever recieved. Constantly messes up with prescritions amd appointments. Most recent I have been trying to get appointment for over 6 weeks and attended today for one I I booked over 2 weeks ago only to be told they do not have it on the system. There was not even an apology. The end of next week was the next they could offer. As far as I am concerned this practice is unfit for service. The office staff are the most unhelpful and rude staff I have come acrossa I have been in touch with NHS Health England to help with a formal complaint and to help with changing doctors.
Utter Garbage , don't understand the law when it comes to their role or patient confidentiality, i'd rather die of a terminal illness than let these clowns treat me -amateurs!
