What you can expect is for us to Greet you when you come in. This is a simple way of welcoming you into our shop and to see whether or not youve shopped with us before.Believe it or not a Mattress is no longer just a Mattress, and there is a lot that goes into each of our Mattresses. However when you look at them they just look like large rectangles. We will guide you on the differences between the Mattresses and how they are laid out in the shop to make your shopping experience not only far easier but a lot more enjoyable. If youve done your research then thats great, let us know and well be able to guide you to what youve been looking at. However the majority of people that come in either have never bought a mattress, havent bought one for years or simply dont understand the technical elements behind them. Well give you time and space to lie on the Mattress and we do advise you get comfortable. Well allow you as much time as you need to really test them out because we want you to make a decision that youre happy with. While doing this well also provide you with your perfect pillow so you can get the full experience of the mattress and know how it feel when you get it home! Came to dreams for the first time to purchase a new bed and mattress as me and my partner where moving into our new home. The staff working there where so helpful and explained the process of choosing the right mattress. Offered us a comfortable pillow to try and even made us a brew! no pushy sales staff made us feel relaxed and not pressured. Would highly recommend Dreams Preston to all my friends and family.
Fantastic store. Although they don't have the entire range they do have the best of the products that Dreams sells. They staff are brilliant, friendly and provide fantastic advice. Their knowledge is great to see. Not at all pushy at any point and even made me and my partner a lovely brew. Would recommend Dreams to anyone looking to buy a Mattress, bed or everything. Especially if you're not too clued up on Mattresses and need some quality advice.
