We must be one of the unlucky ones who had delivery dates promised and I believe that there was no intention ever of meeting the dates promised. Yet another date has come and gone with time off work to accommodate the 10am - 11am time slot for delivery and it never turned up. It's now apparently going to be before 9.30am on Saturday morning. We'll see!
We needed something to be delivered when we move before Christmas. The sales assistant went out of her way to find available suites. Have to say, the service was first class (have always found it thus, no matter which branch I use).

Upon purchase staff instore at Preston were excellent very friendly professional and helpful. What let the side down was after sales care. I opted for a Sunday delivery and was allocated a 9-11 timeslot. The delivery didn't arrive so I phoned the delivery team who were closed on a Sunday and the call was diverted to an answer machene. I phoned the store in Preston and spoke to Simon who told me he would make some enquiries and phone me back, he didn't. A bit of a dissapointed with that, my bed arrived later in the day so no need for such an early get up on a Sunday.
Well stocked store, lots of choice some very good bargains.. Sales executive was very helpful resulting in a purchase just perfect for our needs.. However the public toilet was a disgrace !
