Rubbish!!! Waste my time and money!!! It used two weeks to get my parcel and when you want to refund, your money cannot return to the bank card, but just the account. Terrible service.
This is the first time I have used Dragon sea.I am so impressed. I had not expected a door to door service as this has not been the case when using a storage service in previous years. Picked up and delivered promptly. This is the company I will always use in the future.

I am extremely disappointed by dragonsea appalled service! In my life, I have never imagined that so many unexpected dramas could happen during the whole process. If you don't want to give yourself constant headache, waste, and of course, pay extra money to send out your parcel, my suggestion is not to choose their service.
