Do not rent an office from Store first at Preston. I left in August 2018 and I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. There isn't a dispute regarding the return of my deposit, they just wont process it. I have made contact many times and they either don't return my calls/emails or just fob me off. I have even left massages with the Director but she has failed to resolve the matter. I am now at the point where I am having to make an application to the courts to recover the money.
Great customer service and cheaper than rivals
Simon, Rob, Dave and Hayle are a credit to the business with both their professionalism and at the same time down to earth attitude in dealing with customers and their requirements and needs.I found the complimentary collection service extremely well managed, the cost of the unit most competitive, but what with the added benefits of the meeting rooms, gym, onsite wc, kitchen area, loading aids, etc, quite frankly it is a deal that I found hard to beat.The unit itself is clean, secure and accessible at anytime of the day and night, which most of the competition stipulate access times during the day then by prior arrangement afterwards.Insurance is also included in the cost as well as the padlock to secure the unit.All in all a pretty comprehensive service which the company should be proud of how they deliver to the customer.
We used Store First to store our house goods before we moved to Cornwall. Absolutely brilliant service, collected all our stuff from our house and took to storage. Extremely pleased with their service.
Changed our garage as the one we used to have leeked and had mice in all the time. We came to these guys, they have been very helpful, with the whole process of us deciding on the right size to the date we would be moving, they also helped us move, using one of their large vans. The guys moving helped my oh as he is disabled and struggled with the lifting. They helped my son with the lifting and shifting for most of the day. Thank you guys, I wish more people understood like you did. Would definitely recommend. They also have a gym, that customers can use between the day.
