10/10 customer service. I used Smart Storage after uni to store my things and then have them moved to a new location... any questions and changes to my plans were answered quickly and help was provided throughout. Excellent - would recommend to anyone.
First class and amazing service. Having seriously underestimated the amount of 'stuff' our daughter had when moving, we found ourselves needing last minute storage on a bank holiday. We contacted Faz and within a couple of hours we were unloaded and sorted. Nothing was too much trouble. He was helpful and professional. Facilities are clean and easy accessible.
The 1st time I've used self storage and so far very impressed. Staff really helpful. The units are impeccably clean and security seems good. The only possible downside is they insist on having insurance which there insurance is very expensive compared to online.
