It was clear from our visits with our family pet rabbit that money was the focus of this business, rather than the animals or the customers. Desk staff were pleasant, but the veterinary staff were very unfriendly and the fees charges were obscene compared to smaller businesses in the local area. Please try other places first.
Ribble Vets is excellent. The vets, nurses and all of the staff are very professional, helpful and friendly. They dispense prescriptions for your pets or animals. There is parking with two disabled / Blue Badge spaces and bus services within 100 meters.
Been using Ribble vets for a few yrs now. I go there because they have up to date facilities such as cold laser therapy and a treadmill tank for arthritis and injuries etc. Sam is the very best vet I've seen for a long time. He's very caring and explains with patience. I'd recommend him every time.
