Difficult access and parking. Not acknowledged by staff for a while, but Mark did and was helpful and informative.
very nice place Paul top man very good at is job ,But the sign says o% interest , on 5 years ,to me a bit misleading, because you will pay 9.9% on finance, it was explained to me but still don't understand , it should be shown on the cars for sale ,then its not a shock, all in all a good service ,thanks to Paul.
Showed no interest in trying to obtain a Suzuki Ignis Automatic for a test drive. "If there is one in stock you can try it. If there isn't one you can't". There was no attempt to enquire if there might be any in group stock or bring one from another dealership.I had the same problem around 2 years ago wuth Suzuki in Preston. No interest in even trying to obtain an automatic Ignis for a test drive.One sale definitely lost 2 years ago and another sale lost for the new year. They obviously don't need the business.Anyway, onwards and upwards to other vehicle dealerships and sales people who actually want the business.
Disrespectful salesman called Mark (or Raool),I came in all the way from Manchester with my sister because I was referred by a friend, met the salesman (I think his pseudonym is Mark) We discussed the preferred car, finance etc,I got up for a second and he started clapping as a way of calling me to fill in the finance form as if I was his employee.That was it, I decided not to buy and told my sister to leave.If they're that rude to someone who was about to buy, just imagine how they would treat you after the transaction happens and you're stuck with a contract!
