Bright and clean - as expected from an Audi Dealership Very welcoming- coffee offered on arrival.Very expensive WRT repairs - quoted over 220 to fit new brake pads and 131 to diagnose a brake issue (pads recently changed at National Tyre but no pad wear sensor fitted hence causing issues)Car given basic valet prior to collectionWas not forced into having work done on vehicle - just recommended to have done.
Callum was very helpful throughout, felt a little let down after prearranging a recall with a courtesy car, only to be told when I rang up that no automatic or large car (Leg injury and needed a large boot for a wheelchair) would be available even though it was booked over a month ago. I had to settle for a Hybrid A3 which thankfully they got me an automatic as they said "we got half of it". But had to rearrange my mother's hospital appointment. Apart from that I would say it ran pretty smooth.
Faultless. Had my car serviced here today and could not have been more pleased with the service I received. From the booking in procedure to the texts updating me and the politeness and courtesy of Sally on the service desk. This is my first Audi and my first experience of an Audi main dealer service and to be honest was a little apprehensive about what would happen as having had 3 BMW's previously and having them serviced at a very local and very reasonably priced independent garage I have had no problems. Would they find hundreds of pounds of work that needed doing? Would they charge me a fortune for simple work? Would I have to argue over the final bill? My fears were completely unfounded. They told me the price in advance and that was the price I paid on the day. Simple as that. Sally kept me informed of the progress and even though I was late picking the car up was still there to finish off. It was serviced, washed, cleaned inside and waiting for me. I will definately be returning. I know this is how it is supposed to be and what you pay a premium for but it's nice when it all works like it should.
Pretty much faultless service from these guys. From the very start of our new car journey Raj and Stuart were fantastic at recommending the best car for our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. The car is spot on, and we even got a bunch of flowers and an Audi teddy. Best car buying purchase I've had to date.
