I called in on spec and requested a test drive.of the Rav 4 hybrid. Despite no appointment and being busy, nothing was too much trouble for the representative of Toyota. I had a short, but nothing excessive. The test drive was excellent and the rep answered all my questions and more without any problems. She clearly had a thorough understanding of the car. A really good experience, no hard sell and genuinely friendly and knowledgeable staff.
