If I could put zero stars I would, I have been on hold now for the last 15 minuets whilst writing this review. I took a vehicle in to be checked over due to a fault, up to now it has been at the garage for 4 days and this day is now nearly over.I have tried to find out when the vehicle will be ready with no joy.one full day all I got was this number is out of service, tried again yesterday again no joy I have now been on hold for 20 min. I would not recommend this outfit to my worse enemy.Wheres my Vehicle.
Attempted to Service car . Was cancelled .Operator offered call back in two weeks to better suite time and mileage of Car . No call back . Was just an exercise to ease a work load unable to complete . Discovered upon arrival number of key staff have resigned. Not yet replaced .Even coffee / Food bar has closed .Staff just bump you from one excuse to another .Worste Car Franchise ever dealt with .In need of major overhaul. Not recommended.
My daughter was buying a car and needed my help. I have to say I wasn't overly enamoured with the sales manager who seemed to be stuck in the 80's as far as his technique was concerned. Absolutely no room for manoeuvre on price which didn't stop the sale but did cost whatever commission there was on the finance as we didn't take it. Don't then get me started on a 99 admin fee to buy the car. You may say it is the cheapest within 40 miles but put all the other stuff on and the ridiculous APR and you are no better that the rest who also say the same. Tried selling massively overpriced warranty etc and then forgot the car needed an MOT. Had it been me buying a car I would have walked out in less then 5 minutes.
I brought my car in for its annual service only to be greeted by Bernard Manning! I couldn't believe my eyes! He got my car sorted with no hassle and treated myself and the other waiting customers to a quick comedy routine.
Absolutely shocking service. The service manager is the rudest man on the planet. I would highly recommend that no one ever uses this branch of Evans Halshaw whilst he works there
