Such a supportive gym. One of the owners is the current world champion and a great sportswoman. All the team and members are such friendly people who encourage all abilities.
Brilliant atmosphere and a high standard of coaching. I would really recommend this gym if you are considering learning more about strength sports
Great place, great people, great equipment, great atmos.
Found that it is more body building and not much consideration for people around with the noise and language. Noticed lots of rubbish outside and swearing as children entered the next unit. Sorry not for me.
