Best by Far!Had 11 year old Fox RP2 shock and Fox RL32 forks serviced.Price, service and communication all five stars.RP2 had some serious issues but Frank managed to bring it back from the dead to fight another day! Thank you guys!
I have been a customer of Bounce for a few years now and the fact that I drive from North wales to use their services speaks volumes.This time I gave them a Sonder signal Ti frame and asked them to build the bike they would want with it. Frank and Matt discussed at length what I wanted the bike to do, the components they approved of and those that they didnt together with detailed explanations for each.I have a strong level of trust with these guys, in fact this job was effectively an open cheque book, because I know that they would balance quality and cost in the components that they chose. True to form they didnt simply build the bike with the most expensive parts that they could but what I do have is a very capable bike with quality kit at a competitive price.Highlights included halo supadrive wheels, rockshox pike forks, crush core tyre inserts, an xt drivetrain with 4 pot xt brakes. The bike is a beauty and handles like a dream. I might have saved a few quid (but not that much) in the short term if I had shopped online, but I wouldnt have ended up with the same bike, I may have bought incompatible parts and I know if I have any warranty issues the guys at Bounce will look after me.Thanks again guys, until the next one.
Well were do we start.I took my mtb that had been stood for 8 years which I purchased from my mate.I took the bike over to these guys.previous speaking to Matt and frank via a phone call.we sat down together to discuss my requirements of what my vision was going forward and what could be achieved.i chose the premiere service strip down. The advice and dedication of the end result and the honesty and knowledge was second to none. These guys have passion and pride in buckets loads.you deserve 20 stars not 5. highly recommend to any bike enthusiasts family's etc these are the best trust me coz I am very fussy and picky. Frank and the team at Bounce Cycles did a great job on my Rock Shox Reverb. The seat post was not dropping at all, I thought I needed a full rebuild but Frank said the cheaper service would be sufficient. When I received it back I had a mishap when reinstalling the post, again Frank was able to advise and help. Now the seat post is working again and I'm happily enjoying my mountain bike back out on the trails. Thank you!
Another great experience with Frank and the team. Now rocking some hand made custom shock hardware and the bike feels great! Super happy!
