I had a small problem with my brakes and happened to be passing by TartyBikes. They sorted me out within a few minutes and also lent me a track pump and tools. Nice guys, very helpful - an excellent experience overall.
What can I say, absolutely amazing call them call about bad gears on road bike, they not a problem just bring the down tomorrow. Next day took bike down and within 10/15 min re-set gears front and rear charged me 5 (quoted between 15 - 35 elsewhere) and then apologised for taking longer than thought. Highly recommended. (Oh and they pumped tyres up correct pressure)
These guys far exceed the realms of good customer service and esoteric knowledge. If you need anything trials or indeed mtb related- look no further!
My son sheared off the his brake lever. I called these guys who were very helpful and they fit a new lever for just a tenner in about 15 minutes. I was quoted a waiting time of upto one and a half weeks in bamber bridge.These guys are definitely worth a call if you have a query.
